We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our prestigious hotel. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record in managing high-end hotels. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, driving profitability, and maintaining the hotel’s high standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall operations of the hotel, including rooms, food and beverage, guest services, and other departments.
Develop and implement business strategies that ensure the hotel’s financial success and guest satisfaction.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment, ensuring staff are engaged, trained, and meeting performance standards.
Maintain and improve high standards of service, ensuring guests have a memorable and seamless experience.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and optimize occupancy rates.
Monitor financial performance and ensure the hotel meets or exceeds budgeted revenue targets and profitability.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner to maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hotel standards and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior management role in a hotel.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a large team.
Excellent financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, P&L, and driving profitability.
Deep understanding of the hospitality industry and current trends.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
