Establish, implement and monitor the sales plan
Coordination of all vechile deliveries to the client
Ensure the showroom and delivery areas within your designation are kept to the highest possible standards
Liaising closely with all parties - internal departments, suppliers and intermediary companies
Training and sharing feedback on sales and individual performance with the team
Keeping abreast with brand guidelines and ensuring these are met at all times
Support the marketing team with the drawing up plans for product launches, advertising, promotions and outdoor sales activities
Manage adequate stock levels and ensuring that demand vs projected delivery targets are met.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Experience as a Sales Manager is preferred however not a must
3 years experience within a sales role with a proven track record is needed
Knowledge of the automotive industry is strongly desired
Native level of Maltese and professional level of English is required
Holds a natural sales flair and approachable personality
A leader with good peoples skills
Organised and a problem solver
Good at analysis of numbers
